I firmly believe that when you understand yourself and your purpose and values you have a greater opportunity to live an authentic life, in whatever capacity that means to you.

I have always loved meaningful conversation and have a natural empathy and intuition for people and their amazing life stories. It has been my privilege to work with many clients and support them through their own transformations. As we know, following your path is not always the easiest option!
In my previous career I was a senior professional in a corporate environment, which for many years was exactly where I wanted to be. However over time my passions and purpose shifted and I felt a sense of disconnection with that life. It was by a process of examining my past and allowing myself to re evaluate my life and what I wanted my future to look like, that I made fundamental changes to live my truth.
I have a passion for life and nature and love nothing more that being in the beautiful countryside where you will find me hiking with my dog. I love to explore and travel, and I've worked internationally including the United States. When I'm not working you will find me indulging my passion for interior design, so usually the cushion department of any good department store! ​
