Using a combination of Coaching, Themes of NLP, Counselling and Time Line Therapy™ techniques, used as appropriate for each client and situation;

Certified Life Coach: I studied with Curly Martin who is an International Coach and Author of The Coaching Handbook. Life coaching is a positive process which empowers you, using enlightening techniques and tools for life.

Counselling: I've trained in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, which integrates Psychodynamic Counselling Theories, Humanistic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

(NLP) Coach Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming: NLP is a powerful coaching tool that works with your unconscious mind. Think of your unconscious mind as your super computer, holding all your memories, emotions, decisions, values and beliefs. It is when we work with the unconscious mind that we truly experience our authentic selves.
Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™: Regarded as one of THE most effective methods for creating quick and lasting change for an individual for the removal of negative emotions. This powerful therapy allows clients to move forward free from Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt. Licenced exclusively to the Time Line Therapy Association and only to be practised by licenced practitioners.

how we work together?
Individual Coaching Sessions - £55.00
Block of Four Coaching Sessions - £200.00, payable in advance

Each session is 60/75 minutes of personal coaching. You may book as many sessions or blocks of sessions as you prefer, subject to availability.
Sessions are In person from my Private Practice in Hampshire or Video Calling. I offer a free consultation call - no obligation and no pressure.
